How it works..
Step 1: Begin the Story
Fill out a short enquiry form telling us who the story belongs to and what chapter of life you want to capture.
Step 2: The Discovery Call
We get to know you, talk through what you want this experience to be, and help you decide:
At home or in our Studio (Airdrie)
Who leads the conversation (you, family, or one of our interviewers)
What memories, moments, or themes you want to include.
Step 3: Before The Session
We create a gentle structure with a loose list of powerful, meaningful questions.
This gives whoever is sharing their story something to fall back on and ensures the best memories are captured naturally.
Step 4: The Memory Room Session
No matter the location, we bring all professional setup — lighting, high-quality video, and audio.
You don’t have to do anything except sit back, feel comfortable, and share your story.
Step 5: The Edit
A beautifully edited film that holds onto the moments time would otherwise take away.
Delivered within two working days, stored digitally in the cloud, with the option for a physical SD card
